Security Clearance: Yes For the  COUGAR and SUPER PUMA Helicopter
program our client is seeking applications of a well-qualified Cougar
Pneudrolic System Technician. This critical and full time position
will be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.  Please apply only if
you have the following experience.

QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles as
applied to aircraft systems and associated support equipment
pneumatics/hydraulics systems; concepts and application and supporting
publications; and use and interpretation of blueprints, and technical
publications is mandatory. Must have a minimum of 85% of English level
(read, write, comprehension, grammar). A 12th grade education with
courses in general science or physics is desirable.  

SKILL & EXPERIENCE
1.       Must have not less than (10) years experience in the 
servicing of AB205, AB212 and 412EP.
2.       Skills on use of electrical test equipment.
3.       Determines maintenance requirements such as parts,
clearances, tolerance, fuel leaks, and corrosion damage.
4.       Interpretation of wiring diagrams, blueprints and technical
publications is mandatory.
5.       Determines repair procedures necessary to correct defective
equipment.
6.       Have gone through advanced courses in the same trade
military or commercial.  

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.       Advises on technical problems of repair and maintenance of
helicopter.
2.       Solves maintenance problems achieves proper operating
deficiency of components such as rotor heads, landing gear, rotor
blades, transmission including controls and rigging
3.       Determines repair procedures necessary to correct defective
equipment.
4.       Diagnose reoccurring malfunctions and recommend corrective
action by initiation or material deficiency reports.
5.       Performs repair of components such as rotor heads, rotor
blades, gear boxes, drive shafts, engines and landing gear. Inspect
helicopter to determine operational status.
6.       Interprets inspection findings and determines adequacy of
corrective actions.
7.       Inspects completed or in progress work to ensure compliance
with local policies and technical publications.
8.       Evaluates performance of assigned personnel.
9.       Conducts and supervises on-the-job training programs.
10.   Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals and client
manuals.
