| Job description: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations; Ensure compliance with FAA approved policies and procedures; Maintain existing and develop new business relationships and manage negotiations of sales contracts; Monitor company performance, prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies; Recruit, organize, train and manage staff. Post secondary education, minimum three (3) years working experience in FAA/EASA/TCCA organization in management position, must speak, read & write English.
